We have ordered various cakes and cupcakes from Sugar + Sprinkle Bakery for different celebrations and each treat has been absolutely delicious! Emily is so creative and talented and her execution and attention to detail is much appreciated. She is always so willing to bounce ideas back and forth to help come up with the perfect treats for whatever the occasion! She brings all my crazy ideas to life and always exceeds expectations. Whether you have dietary restrictions or intolerances, we want to create something that works for you. We have multiple options that can be made gluten free, nut free, dairy free or vegan. With that in mind, all orders are created in the same kitchen and we can’t guarantee a 100% allergen free environment. Please let us know when booking if you have any dietary restrictions so we can determine if we are able to meet your needs.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Inspiration pictures can be very helpful to help provide an understanding of your vision and the elements you like but we will not directly copy any pictures that are sent. We do our best work when we are given creative freedom to interpret themes, colors, and invites to provide a unique cake we think you’ll love. Toppers can be purchased for an additional charge.
Can you create a cake I send you a picture of?
For custom bookings, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining 50% is due 1 month before delivery/pick-up for weddings and 1 week before delivery/pick-up for other events. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, however please feel free to discuss any special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Pick up for all orders is in Mount Vernon, MO or at Conoco Gas Station at 1687 South State Hwy N, Springfield, MO 65802. We offer local delivery to Springfield, MO and the surrounding areas for a fee based on the distance. Please mention delivery when booking so we can include an accurate delivery charge on your invoice.
Carry the box from the bottom only and keep it level at all times. We recommend putting the cake in the floor well or trunk of your car and highly advise against putting it on the car seat. If it’s hot out, run the A/C and if it’s cold make sure it’s not directly in front of a heat vent or the icing will melt and the cake may shift.
Store the cake in the refrigerator once you get home. Remove the cake 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

We recommend 3-4 weeks as a minimum to place an order. Due to limited availability each week, the sooner you contact us about your cake, the better. If your event is less than 3-4 weeks away, please submit a custom inquiry so we can determine if we have the capacity to take on your order based on the cake size and design style.
